Service is very poor. My Aquaguard in AMC. I am not aware when it will be resolved. I had a very bad experience with Livpure Service. Then they insist on not changing any filters saying that there is no need to change. While Livpure website recommends changing membrane every 2 years and other filters in months, but once you have AMC they will not change any even after 2 years.
When I caught this, he said somehow the old one has come, he will place an order for a new one and bring it later. This is the second time it has happened with Livpure that they tried to change with old filters. One year back they brought an old sediment filter after I insisted on changing the same. This spoils all the experience of owning otherwise hassle-free products. You may sustain by pumping money in advertising for some time, but not forever.
